When my family moved to the Cary (NC) area from SC, we were taken aback by the state of housing market. John's knowledge of the area and his tap on the market trends were extremely helpful in our home buying process. While looking at prospective houses, John also gave us plenty of excellent advice on what things to look out for, or what expenses to expect over the short-term based on the condition and age of the house. His background in construction definitely helps in that regard. Once we decided on the house the Duke's team was responsive throughout the process and kept us informed and followed up with the lender, inspections etc. to make sure our closing went on without a hitch. We are very happy in the house we bought and plan to make it our home for years to come, but if/when time comes for a change we will definitely go with the Dukes again!
