John referred us with a boiler technician, tree cutting service and a mechanic all in the same neighborhood! My boiler was not working and we got it fixed. He was very informative in directing us to the right people with the town to start the process of renovation. my 85 year old father was trepidatious to put it mildly selling the home he and our mom shared for over 40 years. John was amazing -first he is a top notch realtor who puts folks at ease -deals with any headaches for them and knows his market extremely well. He is an agent that clearly patiently cares for his clients and helping those selling and buying go through the process as stress -free as possible. We can not recommend him strongly enough to those looking to sell or buy in the Lyndhurst area.
