He was very involved at every walkthrough, asking questions we would not have thought to ask and point out the good and bad features of each home that we did not consider. John was an amazing realtor, he was very responsive to emails, phone calls and text messages, he really knew the market and found us the house we bought.When we were in escrow he handled everything, he had an inspector out to the property the very next day after we were successful with our bid, he kept chasing up our mortgage company when they were slacking, he asked all the right questions when any issues came up from the sellers agent, and basically took a lot of the stress away from a very stressful few weeks. JC helped us buy our first family home in LA, we are a British couple who have bought in London in the past, but the process here is very different. For a start, its so much quicker! (Completing in just 25 days, versus about 4-6 months back home!) John helped us navigate the LA property buying process and held our hand the whole time. He really did take the stress out of it, which were really grateful for. He has a great personality, patient and kind but with good humor. He is very efficient and detailed and advised us on tactical approaches. We did much of the searching ourselves, because we wanted to, then he set up the viewings and took it from there (of course he could do the searches for you too but that was our preference) he was very respectful of covid-19 safety too.
