When I decided to sell, I sought out someone with a thorough understanding of the area. That was John. Within a day of our first phone contact, he was ready to meet with me and had thoroughly prepared to discuss my situation. Sadly, I had an issue with my current tenant first allowing access to the property and then leaving it in extremely poor condition. He was right there helping get it ready for sale including interacting with my tenant himself. He provided suggestions on vendors who did really good work.
