John ansered a on line recuest to a showing with in a few minutes of the request.After the showing, the property was not what we where looking for, but after our breaf meeting with John, I told my wife I think we got lucky to have John anser our showing request. John showed us several propertys, stering us clear of problematic listings, and always promed in ansering calls.After we found our dream home from the list of properties John had supplied, John found and supplied us with the resent home inspection so we new what to expect when we looked at the property. When it was time to make an offer, it had to be under our contingencey to sell our current home. John was told by seller agent that they would not except a contingencey. While we are looking for new home, John is setting up to list our curent home, John gave our small home a listing wearthy of a high-end home. Our home sold quickly for over asking price.
