John Avritt

John Avritt has been in the real estate industry since 2003 and works hard to make sure he's on top of this ever-changing market. Annually, John is a multi-million dollar sales producer and always appreciates every customer whom he represents. He attributes his success in the real estate industry to his background as a real estate appraiser. Customers rely on his deep understanding of market trends and values when purchasing & selling real estate. Mr. Avritt is a firm believer that knowledge is power and consistently travels the U.S. widening his learning horizons in the housing industry. He holds a college degree from MDCC in Mississippi, and has also been awarded certification as a Building Construction Specialist from Pensacola State College. John is a licensed Realtor in Florida as well as a State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in both Florida and Alabama and has received the distinguished RAA appraisal designation accredited by the National Association of Realtors. John is a member of the following professional & trade organizations: National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Pensacola Association of Realtors, Professional Appraiser Association, International Association of Assessing Officers, & The North Hill Preservation Association. John has resided Downtown Pensacola for over 10 years and when he's not helping his customers with their real estate transactions, he's managing his own appraisal firm, Executive Appraisal Services.
