ZillowVERIFIEDI was relocating to St. George and vaguely knew the area and I didn't know a soul that lived there. My wife discovered Abraham through Zillow. I was running my own company at the time and trying to buy a house and coordinate a massive life change. Needless to say, my stress level was off the charts. I knew what my family needed in a house and I made up a checklist with a box for each thing we were looking for (Desert Hills SD, Dixie Power, 3 car garage, pool or room for a pool, nice view, a basement, etc.) A total of 15 boxes for 15 maximum points. I then sent Abraham searching to find a house that matched the most checked boxes (I knew I couldn't get them all). It was a wild ride because the market was hot in 2019. I ran him through the ringer and he smiled the whole time. When he found one that checked a bunch of boxes, he would run over and make a video walkthrough and email it to me. We made offers on at least 8 houses before we were lucky enough to close on one. It checked 14/15 boxes. The biggest surprise was what a fabulous neighborhood it turned out to be and that wasn't one of the boxes. My neighbors are so nice. We've been here a little over 3 years and love it. Abraham and I have since closed on 4 other properties. He is my closest friend in St. George.
