We could not have been more pleased with the service we received from John Alexandrou and his team at Avalon realty Group. When we called to list our townhouse, John came over the very next day with his photographer, took beautiful photos, and had our listing ready to go almost immediately. He gave us excellent advice about preparing our home for sale, and we got a full-price offer in less than 24 hours! It was truly amazing. John and his assistant, Elizabeth, made the entire process of completing the contract, conducting the buyer inspection, and going right through the closing easy and hassle-free. This was especially important for us, as we do not live locally, and had to do a lot of communication via email and phone. I could not recommend John and Avalon Realty Group more highly. We were completely satisfied.
