Firstly, Johanna is the best! Lastly, Johanna is the best! There is no in between. I truly believe my purchase would not have occurred with another agent. This bad boy was complicated to say the least! lol (I can laugh now because I have it!) I'm not going to spend time talking about the knowledge, competence, resourcefulness, timeliness, etc. that Johanna possesses. Any average agent worth working with should have those qualities - theyre just permission to play. Ill instead focus on three key areas that I believe set her apart and made this dream a reality: (1) Shes caring! Unless shes an actor turned real estate agent lol, the woman truly cares about her clients. I knew Johanna wanted the best for me and wanted to see me happy. At no point did I feel I was just another client/deal/means to an end, etc. I feel she went above and beyond. She was on the phone with HOA representatives and city officials on my behalf. You only do that if you care. This was so important because without it, she wouldnt possess the other qualities that made my purchase happen. (2) Shes patient! I was an out of state buyer with all theses wants, needs, desires and specifications. In other words, I was picky! We saw sooooo many properties, and no lie, there were only two HOA buildings in all of SoCal with condos that met my unique wants and financing qualifications. And we had to source a broker willing to structure a loan for my situation - through her resources she found one! And, I still had the nerve to be picky. AND, the unit I purchased wasnt even an active listing!! But she found it! I didnt pick it out. She was like, aEURoeI have this one thats not on your list but I think it fits you.aEUR? It was exactly what I wanted! If you know what you want or have an idea of what that is but need someone to be patient with you and not make you feel pressured to settle and put your wants, desires and happiness first, I'm confident, from my experience, that Johanna will make it happen for you. (3) Shes tough! Its a tight knit community of real estate agents, brokers, lenders, etc. so they generally play nice and work together but sometimes everyone isnt holding up their end and these sellers can be a trip! lol Properties over priced, in need of repairs, unreasonable conditions/stipulations, etc. Yep, all those things were a part of my process. The hope is that your purchase is smooth, but when its not, you need someone that will go to bat for you and negotiate on your behalf and not acquiesce under pressure. I got a fair deal with Johanna bringing ALL parties together to make it happen. It didnt start that way but she was persistent and fought for me. I'm so appreciative. Theres so much more I can write and speak on things shes done for me post close but Ill respect your time lol. If you want to know more, reach out! Johanna helped me close on a unit that was perfect. We came in on-target at the price range in a great location. We initially looked at quite a few properties and I gave her a 6 month window and we found an apartment within a month. She was very attentive to my needs and pointed out a few flaws and made some great recommendations. She listened to everything I needed and after searching some target areas, we found the perfect place that checked off all the boxes. Her communication was attentive and timely often having answers by the end of the day. During escrow, she came in with some great inspectors that found a few red flags and we were able to negotiate on those items. Her negotiation skills with the owners and realtors were excellent! I highly recommend you start and end your search with Johanna!

I was hesitant in writing this review, but I feel the need to. Johanna is a very nice person, when you meet her you click well and I think thats a good thing. My hubby and I purchased our home as first time buyers. We had little knowledge about the process, so we were nervous. She seemed to know what she was doing and we fully trusted her. After we purchased our home we were disappointed, we didnt get the first time buyer experience we were looking forward to. She didnt give us the key to our first home, we had to get it out of the lock box ourselves. Now we found out that we were lied to about having PMI insurance and being able to remove it after a while, turns out we have something else that is not removable. I feel sad and disappointed in myself for believing in her. We had many issues after purchasing and I dont feel she helped us like she said she would. I feel We were just another purchase for her to get commission and go on about her life. She was getting married during this time, so I'm not sure if that got in the way of her assisting us the way she assisted everyone else. I read all the reviews and wished we could have gotten that kind of help and experience.

Johanna is amazing!! I have worked with realtors in the past but Johanna was really on top of things. I was very picky looking for the perfect house and she was very patient with me and helped opened my eyes to exactly what I was looking for and needed. Her negotiation skills and knowledge were top tier in helping us get our dream home. I could not have gone through this process without her. It was seamless and overall a great experience.
