Johanna is an amazing agent to work with for buying and selling. Her communication and responsiveness is top notch. She worked tirelessly to make sure we got the absolute best price for our home. We are currently building and so timing of selling was extremely important. She watched the market very closely and helped us make the best decision about when to sell. Also my husband had a medical emergency on listing day and she jumped in to make sure our house was ready and we could focus on getting him better. She made a stressful situation as easy as possible. Our house was sold for top dollar in a matter of days.
