Joey and Kortney are simply amazing! I had asked for a real estate agent to contact me on zillow about a house we where potentially interested in. It was Sunday morning - mother's day and I honestly figured it would be a few days till I heard from anyone. Not 30 min later did a get a call from Joey!Long story short we bought our house - sight unseen, since we where in PA, after he got us on a contingent offer once we had an idea we may move here for my other half's work. They kept in contact with us the whole time, even to just see how the process for the job transfer was going - they went out to do the walk through, do more pictures, send us the floor plan, as well as to measure windows etc so I could get some window treatments started for the house. He also had the selling agent have a fridge added to match the other kitchen appliances. He and Kortney cheered us on as the job transfer process proceeded at a painfully slow pace at times but no matter what I am now sitting in our new home typing this. They made sure everything was done and closing went easily after we drove over night to get there with moving van and our three coon hounds in tow. They have checked in on us to see if we had anything else we needed to know along with a list of setting up services in the house etc. We have told others about Joey already that have said about moving here potentially.
