Meet Joey Guest, a native Floridian with small-town roots and big city experience. Joey has been actively helping people buy, sell and manage real estate in Florida since 2008. What started off as a hobby in 2004, inevitably evolved into a career as a Realtor that is now fueled by Joey's excitement and passion for real estate and strong desire to serve others. His approach as a real estate advisor and problem solver has been the key to helping others successfully achieve their real estate goals. Having experienced different real estate market cycles and phases, Joey is adaptable and understands the need for out of the box thinking and creativity when developing winning real estate solutions. Lifestyle optimization, through real estate, starts with home and is expanded with real estate investment when working towards financial and time freedom. "I'm a big believer in lifestyle. Being able to help others improve their day to day lifestyle through real estate is my passion." When he's not selling real estate, Joey enjoys spending time with his family and living the Florida lifestyle to its fullest. As an avid outdoorsman, you might find him fishing or paddleboarding the Indian River Lagoon, surfing Cocoa Beach with his son, exploring or hunting the woods near the St. John's River, or hammock camping somewhere in Florida's beautiful landscape.
