About Joel Rivera, MBA

Waterbury and New Haven County are great places to live and work, which is why I chose to call it home. With roots in Bridgeport, CT I came to Waterbury in 2012. Real estate is a passion of mine, and with my background in sales, non-profit management, and bilingual skills (English and Spanish), it is easy to see why families since 2012 have called me for help buying and selling. I put all my resources at my disposal to work for you, including guidance from my vast network of partners who can help us reach your goal! I hold an (M.B.A.) Masters in Business Administration from Johnson and Wales University, Rhode Island; and a (B.S.) Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Bridgeport. I'm a licensed Realtor(R) and Broker in Connecticut since 2012 and in Florida since 2017. I've been a part of the Regency Real Estate family for two years, but I'm not just passionate about helping families find their next home. I have served as the Executive Director of an adult job training academy called RIBA Aspira Career Academy in the past and love being a part of other Waterbury community events. As a passionate entrepreneurial supporter, when I'm not in the office or volunteering, you'll often find me at a community meet ups collaborating with other small business owners and community leaders.
