Joel's passion for real estate stems from 20 years of active military duty, a period in which he relocated from different military bases with his family and was exposed to diverse experiences as a result of each move. It is with an insider's insight that Joel endeavors to serve a broad client base, including military members and their families, as well as first-time buyers and their dreams for their new home. No matter what circumstances necessitate their desire to buy, sell, invest, or rent properties, he is determined to find reliable solutions to guarantee their comfort and convenience for however long they get to stay there. He has earned degrees from Central Texas College, Troy University, and holds a master's degree from the American Military University. He holds multiple certifications/ designations from the National Association of REALTORS such as Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). He is a participating member of the Homes for Heroes(R) program, which is a non-profit organization that is dedicated in helping service-related professionals save money when buying or selling a home. Joel is also a member of the Heart of Kentucky Association of REALTOR(R) and the Greater Louisville Association of REALTOR(R).
