Over the last five years he has checked in to see if I was moving or if I needed anything. When my fiancA(C) and I decided we wanted to buy a home, we knew Pete would make it happen. As first time home buyers he taught us about the process and walked us through each step. With the pandemic, it took some time for us to find our perfect home but when we found it, Pete made it happen. He knew exactly what we should say and do to close the deal. When we closed, Pete and the rest of his team were thorough in ensuring we knew what to do and who to contact. They provided recommendations for inspectors, attorneys, and loan providers. ZillowVERIFIEDKyle assisted me with finding a flat in Chicago. I am fairly new to the United States and did not know anything about the rent situation and the localities in Chicago. Kyle helped me navigate through the process, he was extremely helpful and comforted me immensely. I was in India at the time of searching the apartments and he was kind to meet me beyond his office hours to bridge the gap between our timezones. He also assisted me with the resources and tools at his disposal that gave a view of the availabilities, locality information, transport facilities, crime rate, type of the building and so many others. I was convinced I am in great hands because the process is extremely transparent and takes so much pressure off of you. He had made finding an apartment virtually as personal as possible. I would even say this was as good as or even better than finding apartments in person. I got virtual tours to different buildings and got to examine the apartment fully before making a decision. I did not need to compromise anywhere. I live within 0.8 miles to my workplace in a very safe building with a brilliant view in downtown Chicago, close to the bus stop, rail station, and grocery stores, and got a great deal of 3 MONTHS OFF! I am actually paying much lesser rent than I prepared for. All thanks to Kyle! Thank you for a job so well done :)

My husband and I were fed up with the lack of space in our old place and requested an ASAP timeline for moving and Daria definitely delivered. We were out looking at places and put in an offer within 2 weeks of our first meeting. Daria is super quick to respond to any and all questions and keeps you in the loop throughout every step. She's very personable and easy to talk to which makes the whole process enjoyable. It's like having a friend with you along for the ride. They were incredibly professional, and still friendly, fun, and enjoyable to work with! I was really expecting selling to be overly stressful, but I was so comfortable with them that it ended up being the exact opposite experience. I never once felt like I was in the dark or confused about what was happening or what was next, and they were always (and I really mean always) available if I had a question. ZillowVERIFIEDI'll be the first to admit I was skeptical about going the realtor route originally for my move to Chicago, having normally handled things individually. I was completely to the city in this case, and thought that now would be as good a time as ever to try it.A fantastic decision. From the first introductory emails and calls to the in-person apartment viewings, Kyle was absolutely top notch. It felt like he immediately got a sense for what we were looking for and our likes and dislikes (often verbalising these better than I could myself). A pleasant introduction led to a great market overview and a ton of information, which led to a shortlist and ultimately to a great apartment. Even better, this apartment was undoubtedly at a rate better than I would have gotten individually. For those on the fence - do it. Allowed to focus on other important aspects of moving across the country. Thanks a lot, Kyle!
