We had some property located in central Alabama that we wanted to sell, we are located in the Huntsville area so everything had to be handled by the realtor. Joel took care of every last detail and posted gorgeous pictures of the property. He handled all the offers and kept us well informed of the process. Just a pleasure to talk to, he answered the phone every time we called and answered our texts, if not immediately, the same day. Warm and friendly, Joel always had answers for our questions and was diligent in keeping up with our paperwork as everything was being handled remotely. And the Australian accent just adds to the mystique. He just made the whole process so quick and effortless. Top notch service!

Joel was a fantastic agent to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure my home closed within a certain time frame. The house went under contract after 5 days of being listed and at asking price. Joel even helped me with a number of tasks at my house required for the sale, since I was in Florida for my new job during the process (see attached photo of him installing solar lights on the back of my home per request of buyer). He communicates very efficiently, is friendly, and very professional. He made sure I understood every part of the process, and was very motivated to assist me in the process of selling my home.
