As a retired veteran, I am honored to serve clients selling their homes in the Southeastern Virginia area, as well as home buyers seeking loyal and honest service. As the principal broker at Canzell Realty in Virginia, I am fully aware of a wide variety of programs to help first time home buyers, buyers with less-than-perfect credit, and sellers looking to save more on costs to sell. Buying or selling a home is one of the most stressful events in life, and my job is to remove as much of that stress is possible by guiding you step by step through the process, being available to you when you call, and always making you aware of pitfalls to avoid and benefits of following a plan. Having been involved in customer service in one way or another since the age of 9, my 56 years of experience will be invaluable to you as you navigate the real estate transaction process.
