I would recommend to the Zalabak team to anyone...they will give you whatever time you need to look at houses. They go above and beyond! It was such a pleasure working with Kymberley. I showed interest in looking at houses through Zillow and she was the first agent to respond, and within 24 hours. She set up at date and time to meet with her and to look at houses. I was given a folder with lots of handouts and paperwork that answered pretty much every question I had. She was with me every step of the way...from getting an inspector to helping find a mortgage officer at the bank. We drove all over town looking at houses. I told her sort of what I was looking for and she came up with a great list of houses! It only took 2 trips around town before I found my dream home. She was always available by email or text if I needed something or had a question. Not only is she professional, she is a very kind and honest person. She will work hard for you and listen to all of your needs. She even met with me the day that she got back from vacation so that I could do a final walk-through of the house! And I have to add that the assistant in the office, Kaitlyn, was emailing towards the closing date, keeping me in the know and making sure that I was doing my tasks that I needed to do to close. Kymberly (from Joe's team) was an exceptional real estate agent, and I cannot recommend her more highly! I bought my first home with Kymberly, and she was knowledgeable, supportive, a constant advocate, and very kind. When the seller pushed back, Kym helped me remain calm while advocating and negotiating like the pro that she is. She helped me understand and navigate the area, which was especially helpful because I have not lived in Urbana Champaign for very long. This experience could have been difficult, but it wasn't because of Kymberly.
