How does one put such an amazing relator like Gary into words? Consistent, concise, and cohesive. Gary's unflappable demeanor and expertise embellishes all of these things. Gary took care of myself and my fiancA(C) as we started our home ownership journey. He demonstrates a clear commitment to the clients he serves and is easily approachable. He listens to what you are looking for and adjusts based on what you have seen. We would go to 3 showings a day at times and Gary was there, encouraging and coaching us. His knowledge is not overbearing and he is a strong advocate when it comes to placing an offer. In todays market things moved so fast it felt like a mad dash at times. However, Gary grounded us and provided us with a level of support I hope other people will have the opportunity to have. Above all else Gary is humble when it comes to helping home buyers searching for " the one". He does not seek the lime light but will always step in to provide comfort in the chaotic nature that was buying a home . Furthermore, Gary's work doesn't just stop once the all the papers signed and the metaphorical brouhaha has settled. He actively seeks to check in on how his clients are doing and loves to see how they have shaped their home. Casey was very helpful and available to answer questions about the property we ended up buying. She responded quickly to texts. She showed us 5-6 other properties after the townhouse so we could compare and be sure it was the right one. There were many amendments along the way and some issues to work thru. Overall, it was a good process working with Casey.
