Wow! Great 5 star service. From the initial contact to the closing of the home and move, I received exceptional service. Oraila Gari was my Buyer Specialist, who from the very first meeting call she was professional, pleasant and accommodating. Being an out-of-state buyer, I needed someone who was very knowledgeable of the homes in the GA area. Oraila listened to my needs, addressed my concerns and worked very diligently with us on our search, as well as, once we found a home we desired. She kept us abreast and in the loop throughout the process and was the bridge between us and the sellers. She became our eyes, ears and legs when we were not available or in town. She extended her hospitality along with her family to assist us on our site visit to the home. She and her team at Powell made the buying experience and transition process as seamless as possible. Joe Powell is amazing! From the first meeting, I was extremely impressed. He presented me with a carefully researched and comprehensive plan regarding the sale of my house. He listened to my concerns and reassured me that his team would handle everything. When he shared the expected listing and sale price, based on this market, he was spot on. The next member of the Team who met was Miss Gaby. This young lady came to take the photos for the listing, and was professional and courteous. She was a breath of fresh air. Not only did she have the photography skills, but she also had an eye on how best to highlight the house in a way to display its salient selling points. Last, but certainly not least, is Ory Gari my real estate agent. When we first talked on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. How she was able to handle this complicated sale is a testament to her character. We closed on my home last week, and I am grateful to Ory.
