HOBBIES/INTEREST

When I have free time which there isn't much I like to golf, fish but most importantly spend time with my family. My kids are in multiple sports and I don't miss a game.

The worst experience ever, a total nightmare for myself and my husband. Too long a story to post here(unfortunately for me) but needless to say it just went from bad to nightmare. Listed house at a low price we thought (hottest market in years), never showed it but to a flipper who puts in an even lower offer AND an owner finance chunk of purchase price. Nothing else I asked for either. Contract came with NO guidance or explanation. Being sick and disabled myself and my husband recuperating from a long cancer battle, we asked him about guidance through the process. All we ever got was an emailed contract with an urging to sign. I refuse first one. By now you would think we would have an open house, you know, with actual buyers looking for a home, people were bidding up properties everywhere! Nope! Not Jr.! I had to beg for yard signs! Dont think they wanted offers or people. Just another contract from same person, for what we thought was low price but was depending on his guidance here. Should have thrown him out then, but being in bad physical condition, we sign after being told its a CASH deal, and to sign it quickly because aEUR~we are looking at other properties. Agreement said we had to get out by closing day, he should have advised us that many closings dont happen for one reason or another but nope, not Jr. We were 2inches away from committing to another home only to find out we were out of contract almost a week and NOBODY told us this!! Didnt tell us the CASH buyer couldnt even come up with the second $10k payment down. On a half million cash sale?!? Really?!? He hides behind his assistants and claims ignorance. Thank God I got an attorney and stopped the nightmare! Stay away! Unprofessional, uncaring, incompetent, heartless person. After a lifetime of owning businesses here and dealing with all sorts, he is one of the most unscrupulous people I have had the personal experience of dealing with. He is not what he pretends to be. Stay away if you value your home and money.
