I contacted Joe when my husband and I decided to purchase a co-op as a second home. Less than an hour after our initial conversation, he emailed me several possibilities. A few days later he took the time to show us our options and we had our offer accepted in a lovely pre-war building. He was very helpful in guiding us through the application process, and is very responsive to our questions, texting back in a short period of time.
