I happened to run into the Manjarrez team during one of their open houses. After not being able to get a house for months, I was starting to stress out because I needed a house by a certain date due to personal reasons. Edgar and Anthony were hosting the tour and they just made you feel very welcomed. I thought I was just looking at a regular house like any other, but with Anthonys assistance, I was able to see all the special features that made the house truly unique. I knew I had to get the house. Throughout the process, he was super responsive, listened to my concerns, and followed through with everything. He worked late hours to ensure that we meet our deadline. Due to their hard work, commitment, and the drive to find clients their dream home, they successfully got me the house I wanted, at the time I needed it, and within my budget!
