I am a 3rd generation Prescottonian, born and raised in the local area. I am also the area's only known 3rd generation Real Estate agent. I graduated from Prescott High School and after attending college, I joined my mother and her husband in their real estate practice at RE/MAX Mountain Properties. After apprenticing with them for many years (with over 1,200 sales), I have taken over leadership of the office. As a customer-driven real estate agent dedicated to achieving results, I will always strive to provide exceptional service. Having Joe represent me on the selling of my house was an excellent experience. I sold the house while living in another state. Joe was quick to respond to all my questions. It was a pleasure to buy a house listed by Joe Karcie. He and his client were patient as our lender and realtor couldn't seem to get their act together. They could have easily given up on us as we were forced to request a 4th and 5th new "closing date." Our house is beautiful, we are so in love, thanks Joe!
