Joe made buying our first home a relatively painless process. We heard stories from friends about how terrible the process was and that was not the case for us. Joe made sure we were informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond by helping us get quoted on materials because he wanted us to be comfortable with the amount of work we were going to put into the house and therefore comfortable with our offer. Working with Joe Hartsell is like working with a good friend. Joe is knowledgeable and professional and very competent, but perhaps even more importantly, he is genuine and kind and patient and understanding. He helped us sell our house in Concord, NC in 2016. Selling a house can be stressful and overwhelming. But Joe walked us through the emotional process of selling our home where we had raised our children and lived for 26 years.
