ZillowVERIFIEDClarissa was great to work with. This was my first home and she was able to explain everything about the process to me and guide me along to the finish line. She was always available to answer whatever questions I had (even late at night and early in the morning) and when I was just starting my search and wasn't sure what I wanted she wasn't pushing me towards any sort of outcome. Really felt like I was working with a friend to find a house instead of a more pushy salesperson. She always had my best interests in mind too when it came to comps and financing. I even threw in a curve ball at the end with a different lender (rate was 2% cheaper) and she handled it in stride immediately getting them the documents they needed for a smooth closing. I don't plan on ever moving again, but if I do it'll be with Clarissa's help!
