About Joe Germain
The Germain Group Eau Claire Real Estate Agent For years my friends and colleagues have dubbed me Mr. Real Estate. Having been in the business since 1991 and a top agent for years, it's a title that, while humbling, certainly seems to fit the bill. I'm a proud member of the REALTORS Association of Northwestern Wisconsin, I have served on the Board of Directors, Education Committee, Chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee, and the Nominating Committee. Also, I was awarded the coveted Board Service Award for my dedication to the Board. I am currently serving as the 2015-16 RANWW Board President. I was born and raised in the Chippewa Valley and have lived in this area my entire life. I firmly believe that our quality of life here is unmatched. I also believe that the ability of our neighbors to get quality educations, find solid employment, and buy affordable homes contributes to that quality of life. When it comes to my clients, I will always do what it takes to make sure their satisfaction is at the top of my list. At home, spending quality time with my four children tops my list. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
When you work with a Realtor, they can guide you on making the right decision, it is the largest purchases you will make in your lifetime.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
When you work with a Realtor, they are able to market the home to attract the most buyers and get you the highest selling price.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all clients, from first time home buyers, waterfront buyers, investment buyers and seniors looking to down size.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I had listed a home that was on the market for many months with a different real estate firm, the seller was frustrated that it was not selling. I gave them advice on staging their home and adjusting the price, we received an offer within a week of listing for sale.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in real estate in 1991, I am truly passionate about my career and love helping people with all of their real estate needs.
