Matthew did an outstanding job helping us stay patient and he remained attentive and diligent throughout the whole process. He even talked us out of a few properties that we were interested in because he was confident that he could find us a better deal on a better house. We ended up having to pull out of a deal a day or two before closing due to geological issues with the property. Two days later he found us a better house in a better neighborhood for about 50k cheaper. We closed on it less than month later. He is for sure who we are going to call when it's time to upgrade!
