This is not our first home sale. Based on past experiences we expected the sale to take place at least 30 days after the listing and at a reduced price. The house went on the "MLS" on a Thursday. We had showings Friday, Saturday and Sunday. By Monday afternoon we had an offer for more than our asking price.
