When we decided to sell our home on our major objectives was not to have the sale drag on forever. We selected Joe based on his reputation to move homes quickly in the area. This is not our first home sale. Based on past experiences we expected the sale to take place at least 30 days after the listing and at a reduced price. The house went on the "MLS" on a Thursday.
