About Joe Farinetti

Joe Farinetti was raised on the water in Eastern Baltimore County, attended UMBC and later graduated from the French Culinary Institute of New York City. Over a 12 year span he owned and operated a contracting firm generating over 4 million in yearly sales and spent several years working and consulting for several Federal Credit Unions in their home lending divisions. As a Realtor and Team Lead for the Black Dog Home Group Joe is in the top 10% of all Harford County Realtors based on his sales production alone. Jess has been by far the BEST realtor we have ever worked with. There was a struggle with getting our house that was on the seller's side and Jess took the reigns and pushed to get everything done and took it all on to alleviate our stress. We had been in our home for 30 years and had never sold a house. Greg helped us figure out what we should do, could do, and needed to do. He recommended professionals to contact for the various stages such as downsizing, staging, painting and even a roofer at the last minute. All proved helpful and trustworthy. Greg responded quickly to all our questions and emails and kept us calm(ish) when things went awry. We were able to sell the house in the time frame promised and at a good price. An excellent realtor.
