If you are buying a home in Greenbriar, you need to call Joe. I'm not sure why people use anyone else. He took a lot of the anxiety out of buying for a number of reasons:1.he was never aggressive. He always met us where we were.2.The initial call set the tone for an experience that could be extremely stressful and time consuming. Joe let us know how it would go and how he could help. Well, it was neither extremely stressful or time consuming. It was possibly the easiest home buying experience ever. 3.He kept in touch but didnt hound us. 4.When we found the perfect house for us, he gave us the best advice on the offer, what could happen, and how we could be sure to get the house.5.nearly a month after buying and settling in, Joe STILL reaches out to make sure we are ok.6.Joe uses the BEST team for home loans. Period. 7.Last but most importantly, Joe knows everything about Greenbriar because he lives in Greenbriar. From the best handy man to advice on solar panels, Joe can and will help you with anything you need. I now call Joe a friend, and am glad he lives just down the street.

Gotta Go With JoeMy wife and I have (had) been residents of Greenbriar for 11 years. We love the neighborhood. When we decided to sell our home and move to a warmer part of the country, we did some research in the selection process for a realtor. We had seen the Gotta Go with Joe signs throughout the neighborhood and saw on the facebook page his contribution to the neighborhood and decided to give Joe a call. We met with Joe Dettor and after a short time decided he would be the best person to represent us in selling our home.Joe did a great job in leading us through the process and in preparing our home for presentation. We met with his team to prepare the house; his photographer did an incredible job with the pictures and the virtual walk through, and we followed Bee Staged staging recommendations. Joe actually loaned us some staging materials to enhance the presentation for the photos and the open house.Everything was ready and the house was posted. Within five days of going live we received an offer that we liked. We signed all the papers at the house at the pre-closing and headed south. Final closing for the sale occurred by months end and things could have not gone more smoothly.That was all great, but there is more to why going with Joe was the right way to go. In addition to providing staging materials, Joe helped us remove furniture from the house, removed a huge workbench along with others item and he took them to the dump. We had an estate sale and Joe instrumental in helping us get a Fairfax police offer for security. We sold most of our furniture and other items, then donated most of what was left, but had some remining items that were not donatable. Joe came again and cleaned out the remaining items and took another dump run for us.As I told Joe when all was said and done, aEURoeWe made the right choice for sure. And I mean that!aEUR?

Joe is the best real estate agent that I have worked with in 20 years. Signed listing agreement on 7/29, completed some minor repairs, staged home, took pictures, put home on the market and got an above asking price offer all within 10 days and closed within 30 days. He made the whole process seemless and everything was virtual except for the final closing. I highly recommend Joe and his team.
