As a first time home owner, my fiance and I couldn't be more grateful for Brian! We had a lot of questions and didn't know where to start when we began house-hunting in June 2024. Brian answered every question we had and was always honest with us. He never made us feel pressured into making a decision for the sake of quick sale; he wanted us to truly understand all aspects of being a homeowner and find something we really loved. By the end of July, we had the home of our dreams! Brian put in so much effort to make this possible for us, and really worked with our schedule for viewings. Outside of being an outstanding realtor, he is a very warm, thoughtful, and friendly person. We would give him 10 stars if we could!

Brian Meeks was recommended by our mortgage company as our agent and we could not have been more satisfied with his attentiveness and service. We were happy with his ability to show us houses quickly, in a period when timeliness was pivotal to purchasing a home. Brian was patient in his ability to show us many homes while we found the perfect one for our family. He was knowledgeable as an expert in the area we were house hunting, and was able to answer or find answers to all of our questions.
