ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Joe is what I needed after working briefly with two prior realtors who disappointed. I was looking for a professional who would timely respond to my inquiries and quickly show me houses in this fast moving market. Joe never disappointed and always delivered. It didnt stop there. I purchased as an out-of-stater and Joe critically evaluated each house while I observed as best I could from FaceTime. Absolutely needed that. It built critical trust. Joe also shared a private listing that was on the mark. When I finally found the house I purchased, Joe really came through. His guidance in the negotiations was gold. He is steadfast and calm. I highly recommend him as one of the best to support you in one of the most critical purchases! Kirsten

ZillowVERIFIED Joe was so patient and supportive during our process of purchasing a home several years ago that we insisted hed help in selling our home when needing to move. Joe has always been reliable, timely with response at any time of day/night, encouraging and organized. He provided us with resources before having to request, was our advocate in communication with required other parties, and made the entire process extremely smooth and ON TIME! I will always refer Joe to anyone in the area, whether buying or selling a property.

ZillowVERIFIED When meeting with realtors to help sell our home I met with Joe Cirafici and I was highly impressed with his professionalism and even more impressed when he returned that evening with a full presentation of comparable sales and a confident projection on what he could sell our house for. His services included professional staging, photos, 3D virtual tour and Drone footage of the house and neighborhood. I was very pleased with how Joe and his team helped with selling the house and guiding us throughout the process. THANK YOU JOE VERY MUCH. YOU ARE THE BEST ????

ZillowVERIFIED Patrick and I want to thank you so much for your help with selling his parents home. Your knowledge and expertise made the process smooth and easy to understand for us. If we had any questions, you were always there to give us an answer. This was a home where Patricks Mom and Dad had raised him and his siblings so nevertheless it was very emotional. Joe, we cannot thank you enough for all you did you had the house on the market the end of April beginning of May, and closing was August 8th. WOW! We would defiantly recommend Cirafici Real Estate! Sincerely, The Laxner Family

ZillowVERIFIED When it comes time to buy property, trust Joe Cirafici. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and calm, and brings years of experience and market insight to the table. He?s so proficient, and we were so confident in him, we purchased a sight-unseen property from a cruise ship in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean! We enjoyed working with Joe, and you will, too. Thanks, Joe!

ZillowVERIFIED I spoke with several agencies before deciding on Cirafici Real Estate. I chose Joe because he didn?t use high pressure sales tactics to get our business. He listened to our description of what we wanted. He was patient as our wants changed and continued to make suggestions and show 3-4 properties per day until we found the one best for us. I hope this is our last move, but if it is not I will call Joe Cirafici again??

ZillowVERIFIED Joe and team did a fantastic job for us! We had specific parameters for our new home which included equity and investment factors. He was patient, professional, and provided strong contribution on analyzing the numbers and making sure we made the right decision. Joe was never embarrassed to submit our lower offers when justified and fought for our benefit. His network of professionals was also very helpful from inspectors to contractors, and etc. From analyzing markets, searching for inventory, providing resources for interior design and even insight to construction services Joe and team did a great job. If you're interested in home-sweet-home, investment property, or building a new home, Cirafici Real Estate should be your first call.

ZillowVERIFIED Theres a lot of work involved in getting a home ready to be put up for sale; but whoever thought that getting there and selling your home would be a breeze. Our experience with Cirafici Real Estate was terrific from start to finish. Everything was handled quickly, efficiently and with a genuine focus on serving us. Joe even assisted us in researching, recommending and procuring resources when requested for pre-listing activities such as estate sales, house cleaning, handyman services, etc. Our house was only on the market for about 3 weeks when we received an offer from our soon to be buyer, and we closed a month later. While on the market, potential buyers came to view our house on an average of a visit every 2 to 2 A 1/2 days. We never expected such a high level of turnout. Lastly, I must applaud the various applications and automation that Cirafici Real Estate has employed for the dissemination and electronic signing of the many forms necessary to sell a house. I cant imagine it being easieraEUR| Like I said at the beginning aEURoeIt was a breezeaEUR?. Many thanks to Joe and his team. B&K

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot say enough good things about Joe! As first time home buyers, we knew there was a lot to learn about the process. In our initial meeting, we appreciated how Joe walked us through all of the steps so we knew what to expect in the coming months. From there, Joe was incredibly patient with us as we looked at house after house (after house). His willingness to show us houses on short notice and the advice he offered as we walked through them was tremendously helpful. Because of his experience, he was able to point out things that we didnt notice at first, things which could have become problematic had we ended up purchasing a couple of the houses we considered. Joes patience with us and his encouragement to persist (and that aEURoethe right home for you is still out there!aEUR?) was a huge comfort to us. Once we found The One, Joe kept up excellent communication during negotiations between us and the seller and helped keep us apprised of what we could expect to happen next. Additionally, his insight during the home inspections reassured us of what were major issues and what were minor issues. Now that weve moved in, were so grateful to have had Joe on our team! If youre in the market for your next home, you need Joe on your team. Call him today!
