If you?re looking for a home, land or both in Montana, especially southwest Montana, Joe Chase is who you need representing you. I am a hard client, I am from this area, knew exactly what I wanted, and had a pretty strict budget, and it took us a few years, but we finally got all the boxes checked and closed on the perfect property. Joe was phenomenal to work with. He was extremely responsive and attentive throughout our entire selling process. Joe was thorough with the listing and all details the house encompassed. He was amazing with marketing, setting up showings in a timely manner, maintained excellent communications and always followed through after showings. He was strong with negotiations; fair, honest, and very knowledgeable in the market trends. Once our home was under contract, he stayed in communication and offered weekly check ins. We ended up moving out of state prior to our closing and Joe was amazing in completing our walk throughs for us, checking our mail, and accommodating our signing needs from afar.
