Growing up in upstate New York in a family that built their own homes, Joe was introduced to the world of real estate at a young age. After moving to Boston, Joe thoroughly enjoyed buying, gutting, and rehabbing his own home. From blueprints, design, permits, construction, modification, and sale, Joe understands the entire process. After becoming a paramedic, Joe moved to Boston and worked at Boston Medflight doing air medical rescue as a Critical Care Transport Specialist before launching his real estate career. In addition to his real estate license, Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Business, Summa Cum Laude, from Northeastern University. He lives in Dorchester with his dog, Riley, a Weimaraner. Joe is also a licensed pilot and enjoys taking to the skies whenever he can to admire all the beauty New England has to offer.

Joe is a great asset to have when selling your home. He was always prompt in returning messages, extremely knowledgeable about the market and timing. He works with professional photographers, so your place will be photographed beautifully, which makes a difference. He fixed a few small things for me that would have cost me to hire someone, and he did it on his own time, which showed me he will go the extra mile for you. When it came to the purchase and sale and closing the team he works with were extraordinary as they explained and outlined all of the steps and details and made that process seamless.

Joe is the best, he always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is smooth both the buyer and seller. Throughout the process I was always up to date as to the current status. After the open house there was multiple offers to consider and Joe helped me decide on the best offer for my situation. Right before closing there were a couple of issues that arose due to me and while i had already moved out of state, Joe was on top of everything to ensure no delays to closing.
