Dawn was very helpful in finding us a home in Sun City West. She was very familiar with the area and had insight into a planned community. Joe Bourland brought Amber Staples in from our first steps into buying a home. From all the homes we looked at we finally decided on our home. She was very patient, reassuring, and happy to help. I felt bad on the number of homes we looked at until we were happy, but Amber was the pinnacle of professional and wonderful in the process letting us know we were going to find our home. During the closing she was by our side, finally when we arrived at the home to receive our keys she was there to congratulate us and let us know how happy she was to help us to get there. Having negative thoughts on this process is awfully hard when you have Amber by your side! I couldn't thank her enough on all of her help.
