I went back and forth for months last year on whether to sell and he never used any high pressure tactics to get us to go with him, didn't tell us a fairy tale about our home's likely value to get us to go with him--just sought to understand our goals for the sale and offered his realistic appraisal of the best way to make them happen with the current market. When I finally got my act together to list he was on top of everything, keeping the process moving along, and always promptly available for any questions. This guy even got up at God only knows how early to put signs up all over town for our garage sale--which was way more successful than we anticipated.
