The real estate market is quite competitive so when I decided to pursue purchasing a condo on a Wednesday, I never thought I would find one, make an offer, and have it accepted within 5 days but Joe made it happen. The process was smooth, he frequently communicated at all steps in the process which was helpful since I was unfamiliar with the details of a real estate transaction. He arranged for me to get into the condo to take measurements of the space. Lastly, I ordered a piece of furniture that came two weeks early and before the closing. He promptly addressed the situation by being in touch with the seller's agent and moved the furniture into the garage for me which I feel was above and beyond. I can't recommend him enough!

Joe is a fabulous realtor and provides outstanding customer service. I live in Georgia and a relative living in her own home in Worcester became very ill. I helped her relocate to assisted living in Georgia and with POA searched for a realtor to help me sell the house in Worcester. I needed someone I could trust and deal with across the distance between Georgia and Worcester. I researched online and found an article in the Worcester Telegram about Joe selling Worcester's oldest house a couple of years ago.
