The real estate market is quite competitive so when I decided to pursue purchasing a condo on a Wednesday, I never thought I would find one, make an offer, and have it accepted within 5 days but Joe made it happen. The process was smooth, he frequently communicated at all steps in the process which was helpful since I was unfamiliar with the details of a real estate transaction. He arranged for me to get into the condo to take measurements of the space. Lastly, I ordered a piece of furniture that came two weeks early and before the closing. He promptly addressed the situation by being in touch with the seller's agent and moved the furniture into the garage for me which I feel was above and beyond. I can't recommend him enough!
