We found Jody through realtor reviews on Zillow - her reviews were stellar. Those reviews were correct! We reached out through her eXp Realty website's "contact us" and Jody got right back to us. She spent time with us via zoom discussing the housing market in Toledo. We had found a home that was exactly what we wanted and Jody immediately arranged a virtual viewing for us taking into account the fact that we were in Nevada on Pacific coast time. Jody, Denay, and the eXp Realty team were fantastic! We were selling my father's house in Maumee, Ohio, and we live in the Cleveland area, and Jody's team was super helpful and supportive through the entire process. They were flexible to meet with us on our visits into town, and were able to map out a plan for us, and everything fell into place! It was an amazing experience. From start to finish, they kept us in the loop. I am so glad we went with Jody and her team, and would not hesitate to reach out to her in the future! Oh, and definitely go with the staging of the house! I admit when they approached me about staging, I thought "why would I spend the money on that", but it was so worth it. It gave the house a fresh new look that we would not have thought of, and it more then paid for itself in the end! Thank you so much!
