Originally from Indiana, I landed in Toledo as a TV news reporter at WTOL. After leaving TV in 2002, I stayed in Toledo and began my real estate career. I manage my own rental property and was elected to the executive Board of Directors for the Toledo Board of Realtors in 2008. I'm a Certified Residential Specialist and am also a member of the Toledo Home Builders Association. I have a journalism degree from Indiana University. You might have heard my voice while on the phone on-hold or maybe driving in your car. When not doing real estate, I do freelance voice-over work for radio, television and corporate training for clients nationwide. I live in Toledo with my cat, Ted. Together we enjoy watching CNN, Modern Family and Seinfeld reruns with no interruptions.

Jody, Denay, and the eXp Realty team were fantastic! We were selling my father's house in Maumee, Ohio, and we live in the Cleveland area, and Jody's team was super helpful and supportive through the entire process. They were flexible to meet with us on our visits into town, and were able to map out a plan for us, and everything fell into place! It was an amazing experience. From start to finish, they kept us in the loop. I am so glad we went with Jody and her team, and would not hesitate to reach out to her in the future! Oh, and definitely go with the staging of the house! I admit when they approached me about staging, I thought "why would I spend the money on that", but it was so worth it. It gave the house a fresh new look that we would not have thought of, and it more then paid for itself in the end! Thank you so much!
