Jody was absolutely amazing to work with! VA loans can be tricky on a good day, and even more so when I needed special approval for the condo I was wanting to purchase. I really wanted this place, and it seemed that all the odds were against me as a single mom who was also in a non typical situation all around. Jody made it happen though, she was quick with everything and stayed on top of it, she got what she needed from whoever she needed it from. She kept me informed and was honest and upfront. If she didnt have an answer to question, she would do the work to give me an accurate answer. She also made sure I was going to be set up and prepared as a new home owner that might not know what to be aware of when buying a home. I put a lot of trust and faith in Jody to help me make thoughtful decisions on things I didnt know about, and it was well worth it.
