Jody Luckie

Native to the Bryan/College Station area, Jody has never been a stranger to defining a goal and working tirelessly to achieve it. After graduating high school at the age of 16 and moving to the "Big City" of Houston Jody entered the world of property management. Young & hungry she quickly learned the ropes and achieved a management position within the first 6 months. When an opportunity arose to transfer back to the Bryan/College Station area she jumped at the chance to tackle the management position from her hometown. Exploring options for growth, Jody pursued and received her real estate license at the age of 19 and transferred into the career of part-time REALTOR(R) and part-time mortgage loan processor for a Fortune 500 company. Her mortgage career quickly flourished, and she became a full-time top producing national account executive and supervisor for the one of the nation's largest mortgage lenders. In 2007 with the change in economy and mortgage industry Jody decided to put her real estate license to use full-time. Not doing anything halfhearted, she hit the ground running, partnering with two of Bryan/College Station's top REALTORS(R) to learn the industry inside and out. Throughout her real estate career as a stand-alone agent she has received The Eagle Award - awarded to the agent who makes the greatest contribution with a positive attitude, professionalism, helpfulness, good humor and concern for others. She has had the honor of being recognized in the Million Dollar Month Club multiple times for business written and was inducted into the International Diamond Society for production achieved. In 2016 Jody successfully set out to not only obtain her broker license but also start her own real estate company, Treehouse Real Estate. She has remained in the top 3% of REALTORS(R) out of 1,200 in the Bryan/College Station area since opening Treehouse Real Estate and is now the sponsoring broker for four additional agents. In her free time, you'll find Jody spending time with her husband and two kids or volunteering in the community.
