Terrible real estate agent. Represented both me and the seller, BAD IDEA. He was on vacation more often than not, and when he wasn't, he was just pressuring contract signage. Never communicated anything to the seller, never listened, and pleaded ignorance. Had to contact seller to get anything done. He just basically took our money, and we go nothing for it, except lies.
