Jody is just fantastic. As first-time home buyers, Jody walked us through the entire process so that we never felt overwhelmed. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Baltimore homes, she knew what to look out for in terms of common problems with Baltimore homes and knew what was a reasonable price per home we toured. We felt confident she wasn't going to let us overpay or get in over our heads with homes that needed some work. We got paired with Jody after we decided to purchase our first home in Maryland due to job relocation. At the time, we didn't know much about the home-buying process, areas to live in Maryland, or much of anything for that matter. Jody took us under her wing and made the process a breeze. She was always available to answer any questions and was extremely helpful in every way. With the volatility of the 2022 housing market, we were having trouble securing a home at first, but Jody assured us she'd be able to find us something. In no time we had an offer accepted thanks to Jody's skills and effort. After that, she continued with us through the process even after we closed on the house. Jody immediately stood out as the clear choice. She is extremely knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, and professional, and guided us through the process seamlessly.
