1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Please be aware that a listing agent has a legal obligation to the seller to get top dollar for their property. As a Buy you need to find an buyers agent who work solely for you.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Make sure you keep an eye on the marketing done on your property. Check that the pictures are up to date and well done, and look over the verbiage, sometime your input is something the listing agent simply did not know about. I would also strongly suggest if you are committed to selling start boxing things up so you can declutter the house and put away your valuables.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
With over the 25+ years as a full time real estate professional I have worked with just about all aspects of this business; Residential, Manufactured Homes, Bare Land and New Construction, Ranches, Multi-Family Properties and some Commercial Properties.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My family owed a large ranch in Missoula County and when they separated they needed to have help subdividing and selling the property. We created several large parcels and eventually sold the main ranch.
