ZillowVERIFIEDOur relationship with Jodi was purely serendipitous. We were visiting Sedona and walked into a real estate office on a Sunday unannounced and inquired about local properties. Jodi was in the office and met with us immediately. Over the next few days, she spent several hours each day showing us various neighborhoods and available properties in the Sedona area. Over the next year and a half, we returned to the area every six months, contacting her and arranging several half days on each trip to view additional properties. This represented a major time investment on Jodi's part, but she also gained an appreciation for what we were looking for in a house which allowed her to narrow the search field. Eventually we decided on the Cottonwood area and purchased a lot on which to build. During the sale, Jodi was able to negotiate the price and save us a considerable amount. Over the course of many hours in the car with her, we had an enjoyable time, shared many laughs together, and developed a friendship that persists today. We would strongly recommend her as an excellent professional in the field of real estate.
