Sold in one week. Great job, Jodi. !!!From the listing to the closing everything went better than I ever expected. She was knowledgeable of the area, priced the property expertly and always told me what to expect. She helped me with all the negotiations after the inspections. Everything I should or should not do. Never thought selling would be so easy. Also explained all the after sale things I had to do. Almost wish I had another house to sell !
