Jodi is incredibly knowledgeable about personal properties as well as investment properties. I doubt there is anyone on the coast who knows the surrounding area and those that work here as well as she does. It is difficult finding realtors that are 1. Communicative 2. Honest 3. Knowledgeable 4. Hard working. Jodi checks all these boxes and then some. The realtors that work at her brokerage are all the same way. I stumbled on Busch Realty group through their web page. After selling a duplex, buying a single family and 4-plex all within a 3 month span, I can safely say I will not be using anyone other than Busch Realty Group.

Jodi is very knowledgeable, she ran into some issues trying to sell my house, she managed it with no problems. Sold the house within 2 months. Never had a problem getting in touch with her, helped me through all the issues we ran in to. She is actually helping me buy a house now.
