Here's the "man" side of Jodi Adams' review. I haven't had a lot of experience with realtors, but when we bought our first house (from another realtor), the relationship with the realtor was pretty much self-serve. Realtor would dump listing in our laps to look through. Jodi is the complete opposite of my previous experience. In this case, we had the house picked out and Jodi took us on the walk-through etc. Jodi also has a list of contractor phone numbers that really came in handy. Jodi made a financing recommendation that proved to be the difference in whether or not we got the house. Jodi is optimistic, enthusiastic (and not that phony stuff either!), and will do her best to help you get your dream house. Great realtor. Pick Jodi now and get started!
