We met Jocelyn when visiting an open house that she was hosting. I met Jocelyn in an unorthodox way aEUR" writing an article about the real estate market for a local website. As soon as I spoke to her and heard her vast knowledge of the market, I knew that if we ever moved, she would be the person I talked to first. A few months later, when we wanted to both sell our house and buy a new one locally, we were lucky to have Jocelyn. We bought our new house first. She walked us through that entire process with detailed comparisons of what else we could get in the market and what was and wasnt a good deal. We ended up getting our current house for under asking, which seems unheard of in 2021! When we went to sell, Jocelyn met with us to go through our house and explain exactly how to stage everything for optimal showing. The pictures her team took of the house were absolutely beautiful and led to a ginormous turnout both on Zillow & at the open house. We ended up selling our house for more than 15% over asking! One thing that was very important to us was feeling safe Covid-wise throughout the whole process. We did 75% of the process virtually, through zoom and phone calls and felt safe the entire time. We were very happy with both the process and results with Jocelyn, and highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling their house!
