Worked with Gia and successfully closed on my first condo in central Seattle with a rate I'm happy with. Despite issues contacting the sellers agents Gia continually pushed to make the transaction happen. I have to say my experience with Melinda was amazing. I had to put my house up for sale due to my oldest daughter having terminal cancer. 2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Selling a home is a complex process that requires planning, strategy, and attention to detail. I recommend you understand the local market, set the right price, prepare your home for sale, market your home effectively, negotiate strategically, prepare for the closing process, and work with an experienced and trusted Real Estate Agent!

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

Our client-base has ranged anywhere from a condo in downtown Seattle to a multiple acre ranch in Snohomish County. Every client is unique in every way, which is my favorite part of being a broker here in the beautiful PNW!

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I have to be honest; we have been blessed with so many wonderful clients, it's hard to pick just one! Our most memorable clients, though, are always scenarios where there is a hardship we have had to overcome together and have come out the other side triumphant in exceeding all expectations. Whether it is a death in the family, a divorce situation, or financial hardship, it warms our hearts to turn a difficult and emotional situation into something positive for our clients. Especially when we gain them as a new friend for life!
